July 16, 2018 is declared a day of mourning in Georgia

The State Security Service of Georgia has lowered national flags on its buildings in commemoration of tragic deaths of people in Mindeli Shaft in Tkibuli.
By the decision of Mamuka Bakhtadze, the Prime Minister of Georgia, July 16, 2018 is declared a day of mourning in commemoration of the deceased and national flags have been lowered on every administrative building.
