სუს-ის ანტიკორუფციულმა სააგენტომ განსაკუთრებით დიდი ოდენობით ქრთამის აღების ფაქტზე ერთი პირი დააკავა

The officers of Anti-corruption Agency under the State Security Service of Georgia as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Ramaz B. head of Supervision and Architecture Service under the Zugdidi Municipality Administrative Unit on the fact of bribery in especially large quantities.
Investigation established, that the detainee demanded USD 20 000 from the foreign citizen and in return promised to issue permit for restaurant construction and confirm a building project.
On the 30 November, 2017, the mentioned individual took the partial sum of the demanded amount USD 10 000 in advance, when he was detained by the officers of Anti-corruption Agency under the State Security Service of Georgia.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of bribery in especially large quantities (Article 338 part III subparagraph “E” of the Criminal Code of Georgia which envisages from 11 to 15 years of imprisonment.
