Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Bergljot Hovland, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway to Georgia.
The conversation at the meeting focused on the bilateral relations between Georgia and Norway and their cooperation in various fields. It was noted that Norway is Georgia’s friendly country and reliable partner.
The political, economic, trade, defense, and security cooperation between the countries was discussed. Educational projects implemented with Norway’s support, along with productive cooperation toward the protection of cultural heritage, were underlined.
The Head of Government thanked Bergljot Hovland for the support of the Kingdom of Norway for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
